- <p> Why, you couldn't pay Bob Castleberry, 60, to be mayor. He
- won $10 million in a sweepstakes last year, spent some of it
- like a good Texan--he bought a ranch and a Cadillac--and
- retired. And then, because "I always wanted to put something
- back into Denton," the ex-sales manager ran for the un-salaried
- post of Mayor. On the job now for nine weeks, Hizzoner hopes
- to lure new businesses to his hometown but won't put his money
- where his mouth is. Says he: "I'm a taxpayer too."
